The Grace ALTO line features a unique, patented adjustment method that makes the ALTO the only non-crimp adjustable length titanium design in otology today. This advantage allows the surgeon to adjust the prosthesis even after initial sizing, trimming and placement.

The patented Triune ventilation tube was designed to address complications of the standard long term T-Tubes, specifically perforations. The three flanges help to keep the tube in perpendicular relationship to the eardrum. This feature restricts unnecessary erosion of TM tissues. Each of the three flanges are also angled to contour to the TM which further prevents trauma to the TM tissue. Studies show a 3.0% perforation rate compared to 16.6% for standard long term T-Tubes.

The DragonFly™ Surgical Drill System is small in size, light in weight and hermetically-sealed to ensure optimal and consistent performance. A magnetic coupling mechanism allows for the quick and easy exchange of burs. In order to achieve pinpoint access, the system affords the opportunity to choose the appropriate bur length. To maximize visualization, a series of adaptors provides a means to vary the angulation of the burs. In addition to these dynamic features, the system employs patented BurShield™ technology to protect soft tissue and intraoperative dressing.

The Centered and Offset Concise ALTO Partial provides the surgeon with a functional length range from 0.75mm to 5.75mm, in precise quarter millimeter increments. The newly designed head allows for multidirectional movement for optimal contact with the TM. The Concise Partial comes prepackaged in the patented Adjuster Body, which greatly simplifies sizing the prosthesis.
